On windows elliptical gradient hint states that Ctrl+RightMouse click should allow move handles independently.
But it is not possibe since any right-click shows context menu, no separate handle moving is possibe

Thanks for tip, this actually working!

But hint does not tell about this combination. It tells about ctrl-rightmouse and shift-rightmous, which does not work (context menu arrive). Look at screenshot

Everything after Drag is a combination you use with Dragging, and Dragging is moving the mouse with the left button pressed.

By the way, 2.0.4 works the same way as far as I can see, so this discussion really belongs in the normal Questiions part of the forum, not in the Beta section.

Serif could have made a different option like a combo of the known/usable modifier keys for windows.

They've changed the modifiers for at least one tool (in 1.9, I think) to avoid having to press both the left- and right-mouse buttons at the same time. For one thing, you often can't do that if you have a trackpad instead of a mouse.
