h_d
Draw the shape with the Pen tool in Polygon Mode, close the shape then Layer - Convert to Text Frame. You can adjust the nodes of the text frame using Node Tool. sfriedberg 1 Quote Affinity Photo 2.0.3, Affinity Designer 2.0.3, Affinity Publisher 2.0.3, Mac OSX 13, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel. walt.farrell
Depending on why you need it L-shaped, you could also use a standard rectangular text frame, and position another object over it (rectangle, image, etc.) and use Text Wrapping to wrap around that added object. h_d
Or do you mean something like this: I drew the L shape with the Pen Tool in Polygon Mode, then adjusted the text wrap using Text - Text Wrap - Edit Text Wrap Settings. walt.farrell 1 Quote Affinity Photo 2.0.3, Affinity Designer 2.0.3, Affinity Publisher 2.0.3, Mac OSX 13, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel. This sounds my solution.
thomaso
Or, depending on the needs, use the right indent. (which, different to other solutions with a separate object, can be saved as text style) Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
