fotis575 Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 Hi, how can I remove only the white from a black and white photo and make it transparent, so i can see the Background which is wood? Thank you. Quote
PaulEC Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 The quick way, in Photo, apply the Erase White Paper filter (under Colours). For more control use the Blend Options (cogwheel at top right of the layers panel). Have a look at the Help file for more details. henryanthony Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 @fotis575How did you generate the black and white bitmap image? Did the filter do that? I have been assuming AP did not do B&W bitmaps. Perhaps I need to explore further. Thanks! Quote Affinity Photo and Design V1. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Dell Precision 7710 laptop. Intel Core i7. RAM 32GB. NVIDIA Quadro M4000M.
