erdi12
The "affine transformation" filter does not distort a small object on a layer as expected. The entire layer and not the object is transformed. It is expected that only within the object is transformed and a rotation around the center takes place
Ron P.
Seems to work for me. Quote The Affine filter allows you to move, scale and rotate either a selection or the entire document by percentage amounts. erdi12
The filter does not work if a transformation has been previously performed, nor with selected layers. I add two screenshots to show teh behavior
Staff Sean P Posted February 2, 2023 Staff Share Posted February 2, 2023 Hi erdi12, This is not a bug and is by design. Affine can be used to aid in creating repeating textures and such, so must take into consideration the entire document, and not just the extents of the pixel layer.
