  1. I have attached two screen rrecordings. One with a copied embeded objekt, where after replacing the file the group will be dissolved. The other shows the behaviour with a linked and copied objekt, where teh grouo remains. Eingebettet.mp4 Linked.mp4
  2. Please try: Place and copy a Photo a embeded Grouo. Then Change the Photo by the Replace Option in the Ressource Manager und look if the group will remain or will be dissolved in single embedded items.
  3. If a photo is placed and copied multiple times, it will appear as a group in Resource Manager. After replacing this photo, the grouping will remain if it is linked, and the group will be dissolved if the photo is embedded. It is expected that the group will remain in the resource manager in both cases. Regards Erdi12
  4. When transforming linked layers, e.g. With vector shapes, the transformation is carried out as if the linked objects were one object with a common transformation point. I would expect that every linked object, e.g. during a rotation, revolves around its own transformation point.
  5. Adjustment layers can be inserted in the layer menu. A dialog with the settings opens. Presets for the settings can be saved at the top right of the dialog. The presets can only be assigned via the settings panel. It would be much easier in the workflow to reload a saved preset in the adjustment layers dialog box. Please add a load preset next to the save preset. This opens the same menu that is also available in the adjustments. Yours Erdi12
  6. Yes i do so, but then I need the layers in a RBG Dokument. So I Create 4 CYMK Dokuments with jut one Layer and store it without a profile. The I open it again an the RGB Profile wil be added. The reason why i do this is, that I whant ti create a mask with the CYMK Chanels in the RBG document
  7. I want ot separate the CYMK Chanels of a dokument and like to load them as separate layers in a new dokument. I saved the chanels without a color profile, but when I open it. the RBG Profile will be add and the contrast of the Input would be changed. I see this in comparision, wenn I open one of the CYMK chanle documen in Irfan-View without a color profile.
  8. In Affinity Photo always will be add a work color profile. the adjustment of the color section has no effect.
  9. When a fill layer is edited using the Fill menu command or the Fill Primary Color command or the Fill Secondary Color command, the color is written to the alpha channel as transparency and is not used as a color in the fill layer as expected. This is particularly annoying since a color can only be changed in a Marco using these commands. Yours Erdi12
  10. Schau mal oben in der Leiste nach der Deckkraft des Werkzeugs!
  11. I found another hidden option in the printer driver. Under Maintenance - Custom Settings, there is an option: Rotate landscape pages to the left. This option is disabled by default. After activating this option, page 4 will be rotated. My guess is that Publisher sends each page with portrait or landscape information to the printer, and Acrobat renders the document and sends all pages to the printer in "portrait" orientation. In Acrobat, the printer option has no effect on the orientation in the printout. So the problem is solved for me, the information is certainly helpful for other users with the same problem.
  12. Affinty Publisher prints differently for me: Page 1 has the footnote on the left, arrow up, Page 2 (on the back of 1) has the footnote on the right, arrow up. Page 3 has the footnote on the left, arrow up, Page 4 (on the back of 3) has the arrow pointing right, with the footnote in the bottom left. If I map one of the portrait master pages to the landscape master page: Page 4 (on the back of 3) has the arrow pointing right, with the footnote on the top stand upside down. I printed another such document where I noticed this behavior. I've searched the settings and can't find anything about it. After a PDF export and no other settings changes in the printer driver, etc., the behavior is as described above. With me, even the printout from Publisher is different from yours. I use windows 11, a Canon inkjet printer and Affinty version 2.1
  13. I have a document with portrait and landscape pages. The printout is on both sides. The landscape pages are rotated clockwise. If the same document is exported to PDF and printed with Adobe Acrobat, the pages in landscape orientation are rotated counterclockwise. Turning on the short side is not effective, as otherwise the even-numbered portrait format pages would be upside down. An option to define the rotation direction of landscape pages is missing. A document to show the effect in attachment. The arrow show always to the top side. Print out in Publisher: Top side ist on the right an footmarks on the left. PDF Print out: top Side is on the left. 14. If a filter is applied, the parameters can be entered using the slider or in the field. A larger range is possible in the field than in the slider. If the filter is recorded via macro and you want to change the values, the field entries are limited to the maximum values of the slider. Unlimited entry of values is also expected here. Filter_Strudel.afphoto Filter_Strudel_Macro.afphoto I use the current version, the behavior is reproducible even with new documents, the hardware acceleration is on.
  15. The "New pattern layer from selection" command in a macro always inserts the pattern marked during recording and not the selected one from the current document. In the Marco, the command is also not differentiated from "New pattern layer". A paste from the current selection in the current document is expected.
  16. I added a screenshot. The problem is that the reference point of the rotation relative to the object is not recorded and taken into account. A pure rotation in the panel results in a rotation, a distortion and a displacement in the macro. (See screenshot). If this is applied to another object or document, the result is no longer a pure rotation. The relative pivot point selected in the Transformation panel must be recorded and taken into account when playing the macro. The same error also leads to the same behavior in the affine transformation filter if the layer was transformed before the filter was applied. The wrong coordinate system is then used.
  17. Function requirement: Please add the option to select a gradient from the color fields and save it there in the layer effects for the gradient overlay. Then it would be easy to reuse a gradient. I am aware of the option to save the style, but it saves all layer effects and fillings.
  18. The filter does not work if a transformation has been previously performed, nor with selected layers. I add two screenshots to show teh behavior
  19. The "affine transformation" filter does not distort a small object on a layer as expected. The entire layer and not the object is transformed. It is expected that only within the object is transformed and a rotation around the center takes place
  20. The transformation ist only a rotation. Rotation for example 15deg. No additanal calculation is used. And the Filter Distort with an small objekt on a layer ist not usefull.
  21. The Transform function uses the center point as the coordinates. If it is recorded as a macro, the upper left corner is used as the reference point. This means that when the macros are played with another file and a differently dimensioned object, a completely different transformation takes place. The reference point in the macro recording must also be the center point in order to correct the error.
  22. Please make the gradient fill on contours editable with the gradient tool just like it works with the solid fill.
  23. Please add the contour mode to the gradient fill, as is possible with the side effects. This would make it easy to create a frame around objects.
