The "affine transformation" filter does not distort a small object on a layer as expected.
The entire layer and not the object is transformed.
It is expected that only within the object is transformed and a rotation around the center takes place

Seems to work for me.

The Affine filter allows you to move, scale and rotate either a selection or the entire document by percentage amounts.

The filter does not work if a transformation has been previously performed, nor with selected layers. I add two screenshots to show teh behavior

HiĀ erdi12,

This is not a bug and is by design. Affine can be used to aid in creating repeating textures and such, so must take into consideration the entire document, and not just the extents of the pixel layer.
