license problem affinity photo - paid twice - system not recognizing

Recommended Posts

@confusedprepper: In addition to what @SFurniss suggested, I am a bit confused by what you posted. If your intention is to purchase a Universal license, that would be $99.99 (here in the US), not $40.99. The $40.99 would be the price for a single application on a single OS.

So, as you work through getting the payment to work, you might also make sure you're purchasing the license you intend to purchase.

sorry it is for the single affinity photo the above image shows my bank charging me twice for 40.99

can you please refund 40.99 and send me a license for the affinity photo - I realize you keep mentioning that it was declined however the above screenshot shows the funds withdrawn - running an eccomerce company the chargeback you will incur is almost as much as the license.

Thanks for the correction to what you were purchasing.

Note that I'm just a user, but I've seen a lot of reports like yours here. In every case I've seen, Serif was right that the sale was not completed, and the bank had only reserved the funds, not paid them to Serif. The bank released the funds back to the user's account when they figured out the sale was incomplete.

So, I would believe what Serif is saying in that article that @SFurniss referred you to.
