Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. What version and release of Affinity Photo are you using? What iPadOS version? Please explain your workflow a bit more. What kind of image file did you start with? Was it RAW or JPG/PNG/TIFF? What Persona did it open in, and what steps did you take after that? It's a bit confusing because you say "after adding a pixel layer", but you can't do that in the Develop persona. So that implies that either you started with a non-RAW file, or you Developed a RAW file, then did something, then re-entered the Develop Persona to do more work. If you started with a RAW file, and you're using Photo 2, and you Developed it, and then re-entered the Develop Persona, what output format did you choose for the first Development of the file (RAW/embedded, RAW/linked, pixel) Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Diogo Paulo
iPadOs16.2 Affinity 2.0.3 for iPad wokflow: Import from document (select a raw image) affinity opens it by default in “developing” make adjustments select raw layer (linked) or raw layer (embedded) go to “photo” Edition in “photo” Try to go back to “developing” but receive a message asking to add a “pixel layer” otherwise I can not go back to “developing”. So I create it. Go back to “developing” and when trying to move the slide bar from tint or temperature the app crashes.

We've been exceptionally busy since V2 launch. This is a known issue that's already fixed internally and should be working fine after next app patch/update (2.04). Thanks for your support/report.
