Default status checkbox for Rubber Band Mode in preferences

The Rubber Band Mode button works strangely. By default, Rubber Band Mode is disabled when you start AD. Within each working document, the status of this switch can be configured separately and one can assume that the position of this switch is an attribute of a particular file, but it is not: if you close the file and reopen it, the switch state is reset to the default - "OFF". It would be nice to have a general setting for this item in the settings menu. Even cool would be if this button could be assigned to a hotkey (but about this I will write in detail in another topic)

+1 for the request. I find myself having to turn on Rubber band mode every time on every document. A checkbox in settings – to enable it permanently – would help! Thanks.
