  1. Right now I'm using constraints to create semi-automatic scenarios for placeholders and it's better than nothing. However, it would be cool to see the possibility of controlling the parent element by modifying the child element, as it's done, for example, in Figma via Auto Layout. 2. If you select multiple nodes of two objects, the functions Space and Distribute will be inactive in Layer→Alignment... menu panel. However, these functions work quite correctly through the Alignment panel in the Toolbar. It seems to be no big deal, but it does not allow to use shortcuts in such cases. AD_Alignment.mp4
  3. It looks really great! Just one question: shouldn't the user be able to move states from file to file or be able to set some of them as a default? I have already imagined how I would make some ready-made scripts for quick control of all locked objects or, for example, I will make a mnemonic rule for myself that I will start all auxiliary layers with tilde and then it will be easy to hide them all at once.
  4. @postmadesign it will be possible if (when? 🙂) this suggestion will be realized.
  5. @lenogre yep. This was the first suggestion when the feature was released.
  6. Ill_Transform+cmd.mp4 Illustrator has a cool feature that when you enter any size into a field in the Transform panel, and then press enter with cmd/ctrl pressed, a temporary lock aspect ratio mode is enabled. It would be great to see such a feature in Affinity products as well.
  7. Global colours are not at all the same as what I'm talking about in the post and exist for a different type of task: imagine you need to recolour an object with 150 colours.
  8. AdjustmentsLayers.mp4 It's great that adjustment layers allow you to create not-destructive art with the ability to have control at any stage. However, what is missing is the ability to apply these adjustment layers to get vector objects for export. For example, I have some vector complex image with many colours and I need to shift the colour tone of the drawing a bit. I can easily do this with a recolour adjustment layer, but after that it will no longer be possible to easily export the vector image. The ability to "bake" the colour change into vector objects without using rasterisation is required.
  9. @loukash Imagine that you have a lot of individual words (artistic texts objects) and all at different levels. I'm saying that it would be cool to be able to align all of them to the baseline with a single command without having to do a lot of mumbo jumbo
  10. @loukash No, it doesn't work quite like that, it's just that the text frame is created by default based on the baseline. Also the text frame can be changed manually and then everything breaks. Plus in the request topic I specified that this behaviour is required specifically for Artistic text.
  11. Yeah, I asked for a pen tool, too. Rubber band mode must be enabled by default or be able to remember the state.
