+1 for the request. I find myself having to turn on Rubber band mode every time on every document. A checkbox in settings – to enable it permanently – would help! Thanks.

Yes! I'm a new-comer to Affinity Designer, considering it along with Pixelmator Pro. The lack of scripting support has been a biggest blocker for me, and it's great to hear the team plans to add it! I will await patiently, together with everyone else 🙂 My 5 cents – it would greatly benefit me personally (and many more, I believe) if you could release scripting support in small batches. Being able to script even the simplest things can often save hours of work.
