Komatös
I have the following problem: when I add content via drag'n'drop or via the file menu function "Insert content", Affinity Photo needs 3 to 4 seconds to set up the UI when the programme is restarted. Also, all the added content is automatically linked (I don't like that). This also applies to the downloadable content via "My Account". However, the problem does not arise when I import the content via the corresponding categories (assets, brushes, style, etc.). Then the content is stored locally and not globally for all Affinity programmes. I cannot reproduce this on Windows. Does it depend on the size or the extension? On 11/24/2022 at 10:53 AM, Komatös said: Also, all the added content is automatically linked (I don't like that). Komatös
@Michail Thanks for the suggestion, but content mean fonts, assets etc. not images. This is deselected in Edit -> Preferences -> General. walt.farrell
Content from the Affinity Store (via the Account menu) is always Linked, by design. I would, however, expect File > Import Content to respect the Preference. I can check it later today on my system.
