How to Activate Software

Recommended Posts

I want to use [Affinity Designer] that I purchased at the Microsoft Store on another PC, but I am having problems
When I purchased Affinity Designer from the Microsoft Store, it was activated without receiving a product key.
Since I activated the software without the product key, I am unable to activate [Affinity Designer] on other PCs.
Can I receive the product key now?

Did you register the licence to an Affinity ID after you purchased the licence?

I launched Affinity Designer from my PC and logged in from there with my account.
I think I got the device authentication-like screen.
This is your ID and registration

Have you managed to get signed in via the app?

When I try to download V1 Affinity Designer from my purchase sub history in the MS Store, I get this
Is this something I should contact the MS Store about?

Are you accessing the MS Store on the web? That's what I would guess from that error message.

Perhaps try from the MS Store app on your computer, if you've only tried the web so far? You might find that works.

(But yes, if there's a problem with this I think you need to contact Microsoft.)

Thank you very much.
We have solved the problem.
After carefully opening the purchase sub-history from the MS Store PC application, the V1 Affinity Designer appeared in the library and I was able to use the commercial version successfully.
Thank you very much for your help!
