AffinityMakesMeWonder
Hi there! I have a strange behavior into Publisher for iPad - in a textbox, it doesn’t matter what kind of font I choose, it always ended up with the name in Chinese??? Is this a bug or what? See screenshot: Quote Happy guy playing around with the Affinity Suite - really love typographic, photographing, Color & forms, AND, old Synthesizers from the 1980-1990’s… Macbook Pro 16” M1 2021 connected to an 32” curved 5K external display, iPad Pro 12.9” M1 2021, iPad Pro 10.5” A10X 2017, iMac 27” 5K/i7 late 2015 - also an Lenovo iMac i7 clone with 24” touch screen and Windows 10…
Staff Gabe Posted November 15, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 15, 2022 What iPadOS version are you running? Is it just some specific fonts that have this issue?

Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted March 30, 2023 Staff Share Posted March 30, 2023 The issue "[iPad] Fonts installed from creative cloud show on context toolbar with name in Chinese " (REF: AFD-6170) has been improved by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1736". This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
