Donloggins Posted November 15, 2022 Posted November 15, 2022 Pages for the iPad does have data merge. I create in affinity then import it to pages if I need to do data merge. I did this with holiday cards and it worked fine. Quote
kassgab Posted November 15, 2022 Author Posted November 15, 2022 @Donloggins Can you show or do some screenshots if you have time? Quote
ipadlettering Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 I’m also keen to have data merge in Publisher for iPad. The pages workaround won’t work for me. Quote

Opening a file created with Windows Publisher shows the fields, why the hell cant we just reconnect and change them? Whats so difficult? Quote

For a list of some of them: Go to https://affinity.store Click on an application at the top, say, Designer. Click on Tech Specs Scroll down. Expand one of the collapsed sections. Find "desktop only" and examine each result. Expand another section, and repeat from #5 until done. Repeat from #2 with another of the applications. That list will cover the major functions that are missing, but there may be minor ones, too. I haven't tried to find them all. Also, I think that some items from the list will be added in 2.1, based on what I've seen in the beta. First, I'd have to extract the complete list from the Affinity Store page, then see what else I've noticed or read about. But I'm not interested in doing that. Perhaps someone else will participate. Mainly, I was responding to your statement that nothing except Data Merge is missing.
