VectorCat
I used my correct "Affinity ID" email and the exact License reference, and this produced a fail upon trying to enter license to the V2 versions of the Mac versions of these apps. Any clue what a fix is? Are there multiple license keys?

Are you talking about an individual application license, or a Universal license? Where did you download the app? Which app are we talking about? Where did you purchase the license? (Affinity Store? Within the app when running as a Trial?) vinnie-bob
I had the same problem… Mac Passwords app used my AffinityID (from the website) to try to register the purchase, that failed because it should have used my Serif Store password. That is the one that would have worked. But the initial dialog got closed and I have been unable to register my license with 2/3 of the suite apps. Just guessing: If the app runs, but is just not registered with Serif, you might need to: Run the app that is registered. If it starts without complaint or asking about a Trial, look in Account (probably green icon on lower left). If it is not registered with Serif, you may have a Register option that will repeat the Registration process. I'm not sure how it will appear. Perform the registration, and make sure the right ID is used (click the Passwords box to search the iPad's saved passwords, search for Serif, pick the one that's the Store account.) To activate the apps you would need to enter your Affinity ID and your Affinity ID password. I am unsure what the Licence reference is that you mentioned. If you have not yet resolved this issue, please contact affinity@serif.com and then let me know your ticket number and I'll locate the ticket and we'll troubleshoot this for you via email.
