  1. Well, that solved the problem, all three apps are licensed and working. Thanks for the information!
  2. I had the same problem… Mac Passwords app used my AffinityID (from the website) to try to register the purchase, that failed because it should have used my Serif Store password. That is the one that would have worked. But the initial dialog got closed and I have been unable to register my license with 2/3 of the suite apps.
  3. I checked the Account tab of the original program I made the purchase in, which was Photo. It says it is licensed to me but it doesn't specify the license type (I did the $99 suite license). But when I go into Publisher which is not licensed yet, I can only see Purchase Individual or Purchase suite license with two links below them for "I have a license" and "restore purchases". Neither of the links works for me. As an aside, my Apple Credit card acct finally put the purchase through. So, heh, now I am officially out $100 and only have access to one program in the suite. Activation instructions here say that even though I did not register my original purchase while in the App store when the dialog popped up, it says I should be able to do so in the Account tab (in the Affinity Photo menubar menu), but it is disabled, so it seems Serif's support doc needs some love and attention.
  4. I have been resisting trying this, but it might be necessary. Purchase is still "Pending" per Apple Wallet, and when I look in my Serif Account, it still says "No licenses for V2", so even if I repurchase, there isn't a license there so it is unlikely to work. Cancelling the initial transaction may be the way to go. Still thinking about it….
  5. Purchased V2 Suite license on Mac App store. A dialog box popped up wanting me to sign into Affinity account to verify purchase. Mac Passwords app defaulted to Affinity website password and that one didn't work (should have been my Store password?). Anyway in the process of trying to validate the passsword and change it, that dialog box got cancelled and disappeared, never to appear again. So now my Mac App store purchase is pending in Apple Wallet, and I cannot activate the Suite license in the other apps. I originally was in Photo, and for some reason after the cancelled "register purchase with Affinity" dialog, the "My Account" menu is disabled, so I can't get in there to register the purchase (as instructed on Affinity Help Page). When I go into the other Suite apps, I get a dialog which will only let me Activate or Purchase. Activation fails because there is no license (when I check my account, it says no version 2 license, although I bought it on Mac App store…but still pending). The only other option is to Purchase and I don't think that is wise. I contacted credit card company and they said they cannot cancel the transaction while it is pending. So I am stuck. Any suggestions?
