Abdushakur
EDIT: UPDATED BRUSHES! I don't know the original source for the PNG images of these stamps, but I decided to turn them into brushes for my own use. I figured someone here might find use in these as well. The image below are all the stamps in the set. Simone74
Thank you very much. As I see, they are pixel brushes. Once I use them, how can I change their colors? Abdushakur
Komatös
@Simone74 The brush type (Image Brush) selected when creating the brushes does not allow for colour selection. The creator should have created the brushes as intensity brushes. You could help yourself by dragging a fill layer or a rectangle of suitable size onto the brush layer in the layer view. Hey, thank you for the heads up! I wasn't aware I could do that. Will update the brushes.

Abdushakur
Alright, I updated the brushes. I reorganized them so now it's three files: Ephemera (40 Brushes), Stamps (35 Brushes), and Blank Stamps (16 Brushes). Now you can change the brush colors. All the brushes came out to 64px by default. I don't know how to work with the brush adjustments, yet, but I think you can tweak them to your personal preferences. Let me know if they work for you. iconoclast
Very nice, thank you! I will try them out. One idea: why don't you replace the file in your opening post by this three files. It would prevent users from downloading the wrong file. Abdushakur

I meant to actually do this but forgot. Komatös and iconoclast
