Can’t open app

Im having no success downloading the o pad version of Affinity Publisher. 

I initiate the download process and it arrives into my iPad but I can’t open it.

any assistance with this seemingly simple procedure will be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Does the app start to load then crash or can it not open at all when you tap the icon?

Could you try a force restart of your iPad and see if you can then open the app.

There  is no available version of Affinity Publisher for the iPad.

I think you must have downloaded either the Windows version or the Mac version from the Serif site. The iPad has it’s own version of the Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer apps and are ONLY available from the Apple App store.
