It plopt briefly the first window aud (fonts are loaded) and then is standstill. Reinstallation did not help. Can anyone help? Old Bruce Posted August 14, 2022 Share Posted August 14, 2022 Welcome to the forums @Brucker, Try this. Start the Application with the Control key held down until you see the Clear User Data window. This will give you the opportunity to clear out some problems which may be present. There will be three checked items in the dialog window just keep the second one checked, then hit Clear. Does Task Manager not show any relevant entries on the Processes tab? Which if any Affinity app does this message indicate is running? There are three Affinity apps so it might help if you told us which one(s) you have.
