GarryP Posted July 15, 2022 Posted July 15, 2022 It would probably be useful to other forum members, when sharing images, if you gave some explanation of the steps you have taken to create/manipulate the image. By doing so you may give other users inspiration to try the same sort of things with their work. The explanation doesn’t need to be comprehensive, but some general idea of the amount of work that has been put into it may be useful/interesting to others. Quote
mrs68tm Posted July 15, 2022 Author Posted July 15, 2022 Just a picture with minimum of manipulation. First I applied a Brightness, inverted and put some subtle light to the King & he horse, then a simple selection of the sky, then a Curve in RGB mode for the colors (just subtle modification). I tried to find out such an angle for the pic that both the name and the statue to be visible. I didn't want to apply a sharpening filter to the writing. I focused to the statue mainly . Also I wanted people to zoom in a little bit in order to read it. AdamStanislav and Alfred 2 Quote

It is my eyesight that is not as sharp as it used to be. I am 72, with diabetes, and even some cataracts. Last time I went for my annual eye exam, I ended up with lenses several times stronger than in my previous prescription. mrs68tm 1 Quote
