I cannot see text in my affinity

Check to see if your text layer is below (underneath in the Layers Panel) the image/pixel layers.
If that’s not the problem then check the font size of the text in that layer; if it’s too big it will not fit in the frame (doesn't seem to be the problem here but worth saying for people seeing this later on).
If that’s not it then we may need more information.

First, try moving that selected text layer to the top of the layer stack, just in case there is something on top of it

Layer > Arrange > Move to Front

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Hi 

Thank you all for your help, I had tried all of those suggestions but nothing was working finally I closed the whole program down and tried again and viola it worked. It can be very frustrating but finally all done. thanks again.
