Version 1 apps aren’t going to be updated unless a change to one of the supported operating systems breaks something. As explained above, it is by design that objects which cross artboard boundaries are clipped. If you think there’s a bug, please search the V2 bugs forum and then make a new thread if you find that the topic isn’t already covered.
