Hello,

Could someone please help me print so that I can see the outlines of my 5.5" x 8.5" doc pages when I print on 8.5"x11" paper so I can see where things are in relation to their published product? I was able to get the corner things shown in the picture, but not total borders, if it's even possible. (Basically, I'd just like to keep that blue outline shown in the print window when I print).

Thank you, Noob

The border option may be a matter of the printer driver software and/or your operating system. I get this Border menu in the print dialog of Affinity in macOS :

If you’re printing two 5½″ × 8½″ portrait pages side by side on a 11″ × 8½″ landscape sheet (or two 8½″ × 5½″ landscape pages one above the other on a 8½″ × 11″ portrait sheet) you can print a dividing line down (or across) the middle but you won’t have room to print at the very edges of the paper unless your printer supports borderless printing. If you’re printing on paper which is large enough for crop marks, you can put a thick dashed line across the edges of the bleed area, but it seems unlikely that it could be trimmed accurately enough for the thickness to remain the same all the way around.

You can add a rectangle with a dotted stroke on your master page or add  a dedicated  master page with it, and only display it when needing to print it.

Thank you, all. This solution worked best for my circumstances. I greatly appreciate everyone's help.
