Sure - I made a Package from AD and curious as I am I opened the PSD-image in question and: Hey! There is a border, i.e. the mask does not go all the way to the border! Please also find the original PSD (which is linked in the AD-document, here, and has the same problem but only in AD - not in PSD).

AD seems to process the PSD.

It almost looks as though the image and accompanying mask have been slightly rotated at some point but it's obviously an easy fix though why it's happening is a slight mystery... having said that if I open your source PSD file in Apple Preview or GraphicConverter I can see the border as well so I don't think it is an Affinity issue...

@Hangman wow, that's interesting, I never checked it outside PSD and AD - the image is rotated slightly in one case but not in other cases - so while rotation may bring out the problem visually it is not the cause. It may be a PSD problem...

Obviously there are two instances of the same file exhibiting the problem in the AD document you uploaded. I'm not seeing the problem on any of the other images but are there more artboards not included in your file where you are also seeing the problem?
