Is it correct that there is no direct business support contact and the correct way is to post issues here? Second: We have an issue with one computer where Affinity Publisher crashes randomly and frankly quite often. I found an entry in Windows error log - see attachment. What would you suggest? I have indeed found several crash reports in said directory - please find them attached. As a troubleshooting step I have already re-installed all Affinity applications which sadly have not solved the issue. Our developers have had a quick look at them and it looks like you're still running version 1.9.2. Is it possible to update Publisher to 1.10.1 on the machine with the issue to see if you continue to have the issue after updating?
