As a troubleshooting step I have already re-installed all Affinity applications which sadly have not solved the issue. Dear Affinity Support First of all: We purchased several Affinity Teams licenses. Is it correct that there is no direct business support contact and the correct way is to post issues here? Second: We have an issue with one computer where Affinity Publisher crashes randomly and frankly quite often. I found an entry in Windows error log - see attachment. What would you suggest? Dear all My customer would like to use the Affinity products for around 2-3 users. Every user owns a company PC and a company laptop. I would like to purchase the correct licenses for this environment. It seems that Affinity Teams is only available for 5+ users, so if we go the "personal license" route, can we purchase multiple licenses onto one generic Affinity account or does every user need his own personal Affinity account? If so, what happens when that user leaves the company? Can the license be transfered or would it be worthless? Also: my customer has a software deployment tool which I would like to use to deploy the Affinity software. Is this possible? Thank you for clearifying and best regards
