AP layer thumbnails do not refresh

Layer thumbnails do not update when I make a change or delete Cmd X and paste from one layer onto another. After some time they update. Any way to do quick refresh?.

I don't see this update lag often but when I do changing the thumbnail size in the 'hamburger' menu at the top right of the Layers panel to any other size & back again forces an immediate update.

Hi ! I'm using Photo 1.10.4 on Windows 10 21H2, when copy/pasting a selected portion of an image/pixel layer, the layer thumbnail does not update, even if I try changing the thumbnail size in the menu as @R C-R suggested. If i Alt-click the layer, I can see my copied selection in the main view, but the thumbnail remains empty. I tried disabling hardware acceleration and also did a reset of all my settings. I also tried pasting the same content multiple times I got a bunch of layers with empty thumbnails.

Not until i do a de-select (CTRL+D) which removes the "marching ants", the layer thumbnail of the pasted content rendered.

Also, when I don't have an active selection with "marching ants" and pasting stuff, the thumbnail updates.

So, I think having an active selection (marching ants) somehow seem to prevent the thumbnail from rendering - at least om my machine, do you guys see the same problem on your computers?

I also tried copy/pasting a selection of an image/pixel layer in Designer 1.10.4 (in pixel persona) to see if it has the same problem, but the thumbnail renders regardless of having an active selection or not. At some point the aspect ratio of the thumbnail looked weird but the content in the main view was OK.
