The top-quarter circles have a stroke of 0.2 pt.

The bottom quarter circles are a duplicate of the top ones.
Method: top ones grouped > duplicate>flipped>ungrouped.

The vertical lines in between were added one at a time,  at stroke  0.2 pt, as a continuation curve
of each of the individual top quarter circle strokes.
The lines obviously are not 0.2pt even though the dialog box shows 0.2pt.
>>>>>Now, click anywhere in the empty space. The dialog box all of the sudden shows 0.3pt. (????)

As there is no Bug-section for 1.10.0 as yet, I've posted this in the Questions section.

But I think it's a bug ?

Are all of the curves supposed to be 0.20 points?

Opening your document showed me one of the bottom half circles to be 0.20 points. The Vertical lines are all 0.15 and the rest of the half circles (top and bottom) are 0.24 points.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Bugs would still be reported in the standard Bugs forums. They do not have separate forums for each release.

Possibly @catlover is showing only 1 decimal place for pt measurements? All the values you report would round to .2 in that case.

@catlover: Check your Designer Preferences, User Interface, and make sure you have at least 2 decimal places (preferrably 3) set:

@Old Bruce : Yes, all of them are supposed to be 0.20pt, quarter circle as well as the lines.
I've just looked at my file again curve by curve and it shows as I stated above : on ALL curves the dialog box says the stroke is 0.20pt,
but obviously they're not.  ( BTW : I'm on Mojave 1.14.6.)

This is really weird....

I'll try and put together a little screen recording, but I'm limited as to its upload-size
because of provider restrictions. To be continued.

@walt.farrell : Yes, I understand, but the bug reporting section states specifically pre-1.9. and this item pertains to 1.10.0.
So, where else to post it  but in Questions

Thanks guys,

Walt you hit the nail on the head.

Point decimals were set at 1. Changed it and now the right point size as Old Bruce said is showing.
Which are at various point sizes. Still don't know how this could happen when duplicating ?
Anyway, it's sorted.

Sorry about the misunderstanding. Thanks again,

CL
