Photo Beta not opening after changes to 'my Account'

Hi 

This is a weird one!

I was experimenting with the synchronisation between Photo Beta and Designer Beta. Unfortunately I appear to have lost the Beta Photo!
 

So
Open AD and Photo Beta
Open 'My account' Edit the sync (Switch on available content) Set same for both apps
I used Inky Street Art Brush as the install/download (downloads OK)
I was sort of expecting the 'available content' to be automatically placed in both apps (may have misunderstood this!) but it did not occur

I closed APhoto then and re-opened....The app attempts to open and displays in Task Manager if you have TM open prior to loading the app. (if not it does not appear!) nor can I access it now

any Ideas!? before I re-install
 

Attempted to open from Windows Menu same result.. The register your app box appeared briefly even though it is registered!

Hey StuartRc,

I'd recommend backing up your appdata which will reset the app - an uninstall often won't do much.

Can you do the following please:

Affinity Store - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 and rename 1.0 to 1.1

or 

Microsoft Store - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Store) and rename 1.0 to 1.1

You can acccess the AppData folder by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard and then just type %AppData%

Ok Did that.. Photo 1.9.2.1035 ok but asks for registration. 

OK Sorted....many thanks...It is back up and running!>>. I will leave that bit alone for a while!

I have the Beta working as well now!...Process disconnects the desktop shortcut...
