Affinity Photo 1.9.2 AP freezes after saving as

Recommended Posts

I just updated to version 1.9.2. I have developed an image several times then further processed. When saving as, the image is saved but AP freezes and after a short time it closes independently. This happens every time. Memory format is affinity own format.

I did not have this problem in version 1.9.1.

Hope this problem is solved quickly.

Thank you

 greeting Andy

Hey Andyneu,

I don't believe this is a generic issue. It's likely more user specific. Can you tell me where you are attempting to save the file to (cloud, external drive etc.), are you overwriting or makeing a new file and does File > Save work? Also, how much disk space do you have? If you go to File > Export are you able to export to the same place?

Hello Chris,
Yes you are right. This error only happens when I want to save in a cloud.
It happens both with save as and with save. I am creating a new file. The disk space is larger than 5GB.
I haven't tested export yet.
I saved the attached picture in Affinity format on the cloud.

Andy

What is your upload speed and which cloud provider do you use?

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro (22621.1778)
Affinity Suite V2.1 & Beta 2.1.0.1799
