Andyneu Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 I just updated to version 1.9.2. I have developed an image several times then further processed. When saving as, the image is saved but AP freezes and after a short time it closes independently. This happens every time. Memory format is affinity own format. I did not have this problem in version 1.9.1. Hope this problem is solved quickly. Thank you greeting Andy Quote
Staff Chris B Posted June 14, 2021 Staff Posted June 14, 2021 Hey Andyneu, I don't believe this is a generic issue. It's likely more user specific. Can you tell me where you are attempting to save the file to (cloud, external drive etc.), are you overwriting or makeing a new file and does File > Save work? Also, how much disk space do you have? If you go to File > Export are you able to export to the same place? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Andyneu Posted June 15, 2021 Author Posted June 15, 2021 (edited) Hello Chris, Yes you are right. This error only happens when I want to save in a cloud. It happens both with save as and with save. I am creating a new file. The disk space is larger than 5GB. I haven't tested export yet. I saved the attached picture in Affinity format on the cloud. Staff Chris B Posted June 16, 2021 Staff Posted June 16, 2021 We usually recommend saving locally and then backing up to a cloud service as it can often be unpredicatable. Saying that, I wouldn't expect it to happen every time. Has this become more of a problem since updating to 1.9.2?
