Why can't I use a much more versatile arbitrary text rotation (Transform panel)? Or rotation using the menu/shortcuts/Context toolbar?

Sorry to derail this topic, but what about making the subject of this thread shorter and concise? I've seen this old habit of writing the post in the subject more times in this forum, and I think it doesn't help in finding the topics.
