Going bonkers trying to add hyperlink in Designer 1.9

Recommended Posts

I've just spent the last one hour trying to find the interactive text menu or the hyperlink window in Designer 1.9. Just can't. I need to add a clickable link to a post that I am creating. I can't find interactive text in the text menu, nor can I find the hyperlink menu in the Studio menu. Please help. Thanks

Sorry to say that the hyperlinks are in Publisher, not in Designer. If you own Publisher you could open the Designer file and add the link to see if it would work.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

but I do wish the help documentation had a warning about this!

The Help for Designer discusses the functions it contains. If it says it has Hyperlinks, or Text > Interactive, then the Help has a bug.

There's no way it would/could document all the features the application does not contain.

What does "doesn't work" mean - what happens when you try to open it?

it doesn't work in a downloaded PDF document?

Does that mean the link works if it's opened on the same machine that produced the PDF?

Что значит «не работает» - что происходит, когда вы пытаетесь его открыть?

Означает ли это, что ссылка работает, если она открыта на том же компьютере, на котором был создан PDF-файл?

I'm sorry, I understand the reason. Saved the document in the wrong format.
