Checkmate
I've noticed a strange bug when using guides. Please see the attached .afdesign file. I dragged from the top ruler to create a horizontal guide on the page. I then used the 'create artboard' button which replaced my page with an identically sized artboard. I then duplicated that artboard. I decided I no longer wanted the horizontal guide, so I dragged it back up the the ruler to remove from the page. When I go to View > Guides Manager it shows no guides on the page. Same thing if I select each artboard and check the Guides Manager. However, if I click and drag a selection square anywhere on an empty part of the page, my removed guide shows up on the screen! (see screenshot). list-tick.afdesign
Pšenda
Interestingly. The position of the guide is determined by the position of the higher Artboard, and the extent of its drawing is also determined by the second Artboard. Edit: I moved both Artboards to a new document, and it doesn't do that anymore. So it must be a property of the document. Edit 2: If an object is drawn outside the canvas, the guide is displayed permanently, and appears in "his" Guide Manager (where it can also be deleted). Edit 3: 🙂 This bug (if it is not by design) arises by creating a new non-artboard document. An object is drawn into it, and a guide/s is placed on it. Then a new Artboard is created with the Artboard Tool, but the original non-artboard document disappears (in itself quite strange). If the object that remains drawn outside the Artboards area is deleted, then the guide/s does not belong anywhere (it only renders occasionally).
