Vivarts Graphics Haiti Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Would be happy if you guys could add angled/Oblique guide line and to be able to color them.. like Inkscape does. Thank you so much... Markio 1 Quote
Hokusai Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Vivarts Graphics, This is already available as a grid option, not with guides but it would work for what you want, wouldn't it? Best regards, Hokusai Quote
Vivarts Graphics Haiti Posted March 4, 2021 Author Posted March 4, 2021 No it doesn't at all.. i want OBLIQUE GUIDE LINE not GRID at all. Its 2 different thing with 2 different purposes Quote

It's really that simple.™ Hokusai and Vivarts Graphics Haiti 1 1 Quote MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2
loukash Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 That all said, it would be nice to have an option for custom guidelines of any shape. Illustrator can convert any path to a guideline, and I've always found it very useful, e.g. having a round guideline when laying out vinyl or CD labels. I would love to see them do this by giving us a special guidelines layer we could easily add to our documents and anything placed on this layer would automatically be converted to a guidline and this layer would also be automatically set so it did not export or print. And guides dragged out from rulers could also be automatically on this layer Quote Follow me on Creative Fabrica
