Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Prateek. :)

Please see this Affinity Publisher Help article: Capitalization

This feature is missing in Affinity Designer. There are only Small Caps and All caps option under capitalisation in Designer. I want the same Publisher like options in Designer as I do most of my work in Designer.

I've edited the description of the topic as well. :)

Thanks for the clarification, @Prateek, and apologies for oversight!

We don't know if Serif will ever provide that functionality in Designer. Until then, if you have Publisher, you might investigate changing your workflow to do your work in Publisher, which also has the Designer Persona available if you own the Designer application.
