RedHotFuzz Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 I'd love to be able to measure by points, pixels, inches, etc. alig 1 Quote
Staff MattP Posted September 22, 2015 Staff Posted September 22, 2015 I agree that we definitely need some way to measure distances fairly quickly - we'll hopefully be able to answer this need fairly soon :) alig 1 Quote
RedHotFuzz Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 This thread says the Measure tool was implemented in Designer 1.5: But where is the tool found? I know you can now see distances as you move one object nearer or further from another, but I was hoping to see an actual Measure tool where you can click between two points to see the distance. Is this in 1.5 and I just don't see it? Quote

v_kyr Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 The net is full of such on screen rulers for screen measurement etc., freeware and commercial, simple to complex, just do a Google search about such things. Just a few of these different rulers Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
