GeeJay
HI Guys, Just trying to get back into AP after a long absence. A lot of my images are in TIFF format, I see from AP that I am able to export as TIFF images, but not able to import TIFF files to work on, Why is that ? Old Bruce
I have no problem opening TIFF files here on Mac OS 10.14.6 I can also use the menu command File > Place to 'import' a tiff file into an already open file. Where have these TIFF files come from? Meaning what program created them? Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

GeeJay
Hi DWright, Yes I have tried to open from a separate drive, and from the desktop, no different really, and my OS for the Mac comp. is 10.13.6 with 16Gb Ram. Strange thing is in one of the tutorials, a TIFF is dropped into the document, which is why I thought I would do the same
Fixx
Yes, all of them, open, place and drag&drop work. Either the file is damaged or there is problem with file permissions in Finder.
