eobet
I made a circle, subtracted a hole in that circle, and how I want to select the object that shows through that hole, but I can't! What am I missing? This is such a basic feature...
NotMyFault
Well, normally the object is on a different layer beneath your circle. Depending on the type of your object, you can use the selection tool and select that layer in the layer panel. Thankfully it works as you expect in 1.9 which is at the release candidate stage. Earlier versions require the workarounds suggested above. eobet
