Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Lina92@. As far as I’m aware, the only cure for that problem is to return to the Home Screen, close the app and then reopen it. Lina92
I have done that and the problem is still there
Alfred
That’s very odd! Despite my having experienced this phenomenon on numerous occasions, I don’t recall the problem ever persisting from one session to the next. pruus
What you also can try is to restart the iPad. And then start again. Alfred

Staff Sean P Posted January 6, 2021 Staff Share Posted January 6, 2021 Hi Lina92@, Thanks for letting us know - this is something we're aware of and can only be fixed by fully restarting the app (ensuring the app is closed by swiping up on the list of opened apps and then relaunch the app. I will get your comments passed on. Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted September 21, 2023 Staff Share Posted September 21, 2023 The issue "Layer gets stuck on screen and only vanishes after restart" (REF: AFD-4481) has been fixed by the developers in build "2.2.0 Release". This fix should be checkable in the current customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
