nanengen
I purchased Affinity Designer this morning and received an email with the Product Key. When I try to validate, I'm told this number is invalid. Please advise. Thanks Nan Engen
Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Nan. Please check that you purchased the correct product and downloaded the correct installer. A product key for Affinity Photo or Affinity Publisher won’t work with the installer for Affinity Designer. walt.farrell
Also, make sure that you have the email address specified correctly when you enter the product key. walt.farrell
Also, Nan, we recommend not using your email address as your username as that's a good way to expose it to spammers and generate a bunch of email spam you probably don't want. Unfortunately, for other spam prevention reasons, you won't be able to change it for several days (and a few more posts), so an administrator like @Patrick Connor will need to change it for you. He'll probably take care of that tomorrow, unless he's staying up late tonight. justaname
Same here. And yes, I checked the e-mail adress und yes, I checked the key, and yes, I copied them from my profile page. Not once, not twice, but nonetheless: no sucess. After deliberately copying a false key (of course without success) an re-entering the valid key again ... success. After rushing out the Adobe sphere because of their machine destroying updates I'm not too glad about such an issue to start with.
