Menschhlich Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 I am guessing that this is something else that hasn't yet been implemented; but I'm wondering: is there a way to change the colour or opacity of the grid? It's not easy to distinguish where the lines are on a light background, and I've only so far had luck with easily distinguishing the grid lines on a dark background. It would be REALLy helpful to be able to change the colour and opacity of grid lines in this app! -_- Quote
Staff MEB Posted September 5, 2015 Staff Posted September 5, 2015 Hi trottly, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Currently it's not possible to change the color or opacity of the grid. This is being worked on and should be available later as a free update. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Geoffrey Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 this is a year later, I feel the same way about the opacity of grids not being adjustable, so has it gotten any closer to being implemented. JohaWeber 1 Quote
Staff MEB Posted August 3, 2016 Staff Posted August 3, 2016 Hi Geoffrey, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) This is already available in Affinity Designer/Photo 1.5 Beta (changing grid colours and opacity for both main and subdivisions separately). It will be available in the next Mac App Store update as soon as the Beta phase finishes. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
