Girlvsworld
Hello, is there a way to save filter settings for a filter that is not live?
Staff Lee D Posted September 26, 2020 Staff Share Posted September 26, 2020 Non live filters are destructive, a good workflow when using them is to create a duplicate of your layer you're applying the filter, to preserve the original layer. This duplicate can be enabled/disabled so you can see the effect the filter has applied.

I recall trying to do that by saving one as an asset. It worked (from memory) but wasn’t practical as it had no image icon in assets studio and we can’t name assets, so identifying it was pretty near impossible. Possibly but you can’t even see it in the category. The menu just looks empty. It wasn’t worth the effort (for me). 🙂🙂 Alfred 1 Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
