Hi all,

I am trying to export a PDF I made in Affinity Photo - however, when I do so, the text from the document doesn't recognize (i.e. cannot be highlighted). Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or a workaround?

Thank you!

Hard to say without the file. Normally the text should export selectable in a PDF viewer unless there is an effect / adjustment attached to the text layer. Could you upload here the .afphoto file in question?

Hi Joachim, thank you for getting back to me - I've attached the .afphoto file in question here!

Header&footer-group creates an object that prevents selecting text through it. Move the footer out and lower in the stack, under the text items.

I found that the text is selectable if you set the rasterize in the export dialog's More section to Nothing.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
