stateit
Is it possible for two people to edit/work on an Afinity Publisher document at the same. I want two people in different places to work on the same document?

Dan C
Hi @stateit, Welcome to the forums Unfortunately the Affinity apps don't currently support working in collaborative environments to this extent, although this has been requested on the forums previously and is something our developers may consider for a future version. You can however open any native Affinity document in any of the Affinity apps, which allows multiple users to work on the same file (although not at once) in their preferred Affinity app. I hope this helps! If the Publisher document contains APhoto or Designer linked documents, then someone else can work on the linked documents which can be easily updated in the Publisher document when needed. 2. If you want 2 people to work on, say, different chapters in a Publisher document, then they can work separately and you just use the Document > Add Pages from File command to merge the 2 documents as and when needed Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
