Hi there!

I'm not the very expert in DTP, I'm trying to setup a template for a customer but I'm experiencing a strange behaviour never happened before.

When I hit "Backspace" the cursor deletes characters but moves forward just as using "Tab"...

Am I doing something wrong?

Cheers,

Paolo

Does this look similar to what you are experiencing?

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Exact...

The very same issue, but I'm using a MBPro 2019 and Publisher is the latest version (1.8.3).

It also happens to add "void" characters if I want to use arrows to move between lines.

Hi Paolo,

I apologise for the delayed response we have been incredibly busy recently,

can I ask if this is still an issue? I know it sounds silly but if you press the insert key on your keyboard does this behaviour change?

Thanks

Callum
