Colors inside Affinity Photos don't match the ones displayed by windows standard apps

What do I need to do in order to get matching colors? Thanks for help

Make sure the document profile says sRGB IEC1966 2.1 and also your monitor profile is set to sRGB IEC1966 2.1

In the adapter settings I replaced the dell profile with the IEC1966 profile, but the saved file still looks differently. The document is set to the same profile. I mean, it's fine since the colors don't get changed by the program. But I can't do any meaningful color adjustments without seeing the true colors
