Affinity will not work

Can not down load o my MacBook Pro , was trying to download 90 day free offer but would not work , would like to purchase with present offer , but if I can’t load the 90 day offer first not sure the offer at half price will work either . Support is not available at this time can you help . I had to uninstall what did load not sure I want to try again ,I tryied from the affinity site . Thanks steve   Sfkpony@gmail.com

Although nothing to do with your question I would strongly recommend you remove your personal email address from your post unless you are happy for it to be harvested by passing Spam bots!

Are you saying you are not receiving the email to download the apps? Or you got the email but the actual installers are not downloading?

There is no phone support for Affinity products.

Yet again, you have posted your personal email address to a public forum.  That is NOT a very good idea.

And it is still not clear, as @wonderings has implied, whether you received the first email with links to download the Trials?

It would seem from what you write that English is not your native language.  Feel free to post in that language and we will use online translation to understand exactly what the problem is and to try and help you.

I do wonder if he is checking right after he sends his email through the website. I tried and it took around 20 mins before I got an email with the download instructions for the 90 day trail.

Could you download the trial version?  If so, it would be helpful to describe the problem you ran into more precisely to receive proper support.
