Outdoorslover Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 Yesterday I did a clean upgrade of my MacOS (from Mojave to Catalina, after completely wiping my drive), and then reinstalled Affinity Photo. At no point was I asked for my license information. How can I confirm that it's registered? How do I go about entering my license registration information? Cheers Quote
Cecil Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 No need for MAC. Mac App Store is your source of procurement and future updates, until release of V2. Interesting. I didn't install it via the App Store. I downloaded it from the serif.com website, and manually installed it. Quote

Cecil Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 In that case your Product Key is stored in your Affinity.Serif account. I guess you did a restore form backup file. However, I may have copied the Application Support folder for Affinity, from the backup to the new drive, but I can't remember as I did copy several folders for many of my applications. And yes, I saw my credentials in my Affinity account, but I didn't enter them in Photo when I launched it. Quote
Staff Leigh Posted April 9, 2020 Staff Posted April 9, 2020 If you're not seeing a window on launch offering a 10 day trial or the option to enter your Product Key then the app is reading your Product Key from your Licence.xml file in /Users/<username>/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/ Hope that helps!
