I have twice tried to order Affinity Publisher. Firstly last night but the 'Processing Your Order' stage. I tried again as it was still Processing Your Order after 11 hours. I cancelled that attempt and 2nd order after 30mins. Are you still taking orders?

Welcome to the Affinity forum.

As part of the ever changing face of internet security, there are now additional measures put in place by card issuers to ensure that it is the card owner making purchases. You should have had a security window appear from your bank asking you to confirm the order and it sounds like this has not happened.

My advice would be to ensure that your web browser is up to date, or try a different browser. If that still does not work contact affinity@serif.com and the team can place the order for you manually.

By the way, David, the ‘Title’ box on the thread creation page is intended for the topic title, not your title! Don’t worry: you’re just one of many users who have misinterpreted its purpose, but you can edit your original post to change the wording to something that briefly describes the issue.

Title change to Subject or Problem?  I suggest Problem.  Yes this is not the proper form to do so.  I also notice Titles I read recently and go back to the next title, the old one is not removed from the unread content.
